This link provides you an Electronic Identity Card. E-card can be downloaded with Member id,Policy Number or Employee number. E-Card is only to identify/track your policy. For cashless you need to send request in prescribed format from Networking Hospitals and approval is subject to policy T&C.

As per the policy terms & conditions, intimation of claim is compulsory for all hospitalizations. Intimation can be done online using your Member id,Policy Number or Employee number. A Claim number will be generated and you will get an instant confirmation & alert.
